All tiers include hormonal axis evaluation and management when clinically indicated. Laboratory fees at Base Camp and Trailhead are billed separately on a quarterly basis as part of your program structure. At all other tiers, labs are ordered as clinically indicated and billed separately. Fees cover physician services only — consultations, clinical oversight, and care coordination. Summit does not sell, dispense or bill for pharmaceutical products of any kind.
All care requires physician evaluation and is subject to clinical appropriateness. Results vary by individual. No insurance accepted.
