As your health improves, your tier comes down. So does your monthly fee.

Summit is $99/month — maintenance oversight that keeps you at the top once you have made the climb. Base Camp is $299/month — where most patients start and where the most physician support is concentrated.
Your starting tier is not self-selected. Dr. Miranda reviews your application, evaluates your clinical picture, and recommends where you begin. As your health improves, your tier and your monthly fee come down. That is not a marketing line. It is how the program is designed to work.

Takes less than five minutes. No payment required at this stage.
2. Physician review within 48 hours
Dr. Miranda personally reviews every application. If you are a clinical candidate you will receive an invitation to schedule your initial consultation.
3. Initial consultation
You will meet with Dr. Miranda to review your history, discuss your goals and establish your starting program tier. Most patients begin at Base Camp.
4. Your program begins
Clinical management, labs, follow-up visits and direct physician access - structured around your clinical picture from day one.
The majority of patients who come to Summit begin at Base Camp. This is not a reflection of severity — it is a reflection of where meaningful, physician-directed metabolic work begins. Most patients have never had a physician sit down with them, review their full metabolic picture, and build a plan around what is actually happening in their body.
